Morning Fitness

Each morning, we will have a range of morning fitness sessions taking place. Guests can opt-in (or sleep-in) - as attendance is in your ticket price. We will update this page as we confirm the options.


  • Ready to stretch with Aly? Originally from Glenorchy and now based in Gore, Aly Doherty (@evolvewithaly) is a qualified yoga teacher and personal trainer with a Diploma in Psychology. Her passion for wellness grew from her own journey of self-discovery, and she’s dedicated to helping others feel empowered and at home in their bodies. Aly completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in South Goa, India, where she immersed herself in the traditional roots of yoga. Her teaching honours those traditions while creating space for meaningful, accessible practice. With a holistic approach that connects mind, body and soul, Aly’s classes are nurturing and grounded, inviting participants to reconnect with themselves.

    Aly will be hosting morning fitness sessions at The Muster.

  • Tokanui local Sheila Smith is well-known as one of the trio behind design store Small Prophet. We first met her in episode one of the Shepherdess TV series, where she shared her story of swapping corporate London for life on her husband’s family farm in Murihiku Southland. Alongside her love of design, Sheila has a serious passion for movement – and she loves getting others moving too. Sheila hosts regular zumba classes at the Tokanui Hall, gathering women of all ages for a fun evening of fitness.

    She’ll be bringing her own high-energy take on Zumba to the morning fitness sessions at The Muster, guaranteed to get you wiggling, giggling, and energised for the day ahead.
