Morning Fitness

Each morning, from 6.30 - 7.00 am, we had a range of morning fitness sessions taking place. Guests could opt-in (or sleep-in) - as attendance was included in your ticket price.

    Join Katie for a leisurely walk around her parents’ farm.

  • Hosted by Becs Erickson of Heart Space.

    Hatha yoga encompasses all styles of yoga to balance the body both physically and mentally. The class consists of classical yoga postures and dynamic flows/sun salutes. Breathwork and meditation techniques will also be taught at the end of the class. The session is suitable for beginners and experienced yoginis alike.

    There will be limited yoga mats available to borrow, so please BYO if possible.

  • Hosted by Jayne and Karli from Studio L'amour.

    For those who like to start their day with a bit of cardio, this is the morning fitness session for you! Jayne and Karli from Studio L'amour will be taking you for a fun cardio session that gets that heart rate up, and hips grooving. Dance is a fun way to move the body and work all muscle groups whilst also releasing tension, and stretching to wake up and set you up for the day ahead!

    Loosen the hips and joints, have a laugh and get sweaty with our burlesque ladies.
